Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (Sept. 2, 2004) -- Naval Station Pearl Harbor Dockmaster, Boatswain's Mate 1st Class Michael Robinson, oversees the mooring of the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Russell (DDG 59) as the ship returns to port after a four-month Western Pacific deployment. Russell and her crew of more than 330 Sailors participated in Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT), a series of exercises in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei and the Philippines.
