members aboard the U.S. Navy guided missile destroyer USS Ramage (DDG
61) "mans the rails" on the ship's bridge as the ship returns from a
six-month deployment in the Middle East. Ross conducted
missions
in support of Operation Enduring Freedom as part of USS Theodore
Roosevelt (CVN-71) Battle Group, and is the last ship in this group to
