Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, Calif. (Dec. 15, 2003) -- The Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62) arrives at Naval Weapons Station (NWS) Seal Beach, to onload ammunitions.  Navy Weapons Station Seal Beach serves as the NavyÕs primary West Coast ordnance storage, loading and maintenance location.  An average of 80 vessels visit NWS Seal Beach each year to receive and offload various weapons, ammunition, and countermeasure devices.  U.S. Navy photo by Journalist 2nd Class Brian Brannon.  (RELEASED)
