Yokosuka, Japan (June 16, 2006) - Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Tyler Neve paints one of the 9000 pound Navy standard stockless anchors gold after the guided-missile destroyer USS Stethem (DDG 63) was awarded the Gold Anchor for Retention. Stethem is currently a part of the forward deployed Naval Force stationed in Yokosuka, Japan and is dry docked for a three-month selective restricted availability.
