Maura, Brunei Darussalam (Aug. 6, 2006) -- The Arleigh Burke-class
guided missile destroyer USS Hopper (DDG 70) arrives to begin the fifth
phase of exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT).
CARAT is an annual series of bilateral maritime training exercises
between the United States and six Southeast Asia nations designed to
build relationships and enhance the operational readiness of the
