PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii (May 29, 2007) -- Hospitalman Justin Frasier,
assigned to Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Hopper
(DDG 70), performs line handlers for Japan Maritime Self Defense Force
(JMSDF) ship JDS Chokai (DDG 176), as she moors pier side at Naval
Station (NAVSTA) Pearl Harbor. JMSDF ships Chockai, JDS Inazuma (DD
105) and JDS Kurama (DDH 144), are in port at NAVSTA Pearl Harbor for a
port visit while en route to San Diego to conduct training. U.S. Navy
