Arabian Sea (March 15, 2006) -- Guided-missile destroyer USS Decatur
(DDG 73) hoists the Japanese steaming ensign at the completion of an
underway replenishment (UNREP) with Japanese oiler JDS Tokiwa (AOE
423). This replenishment made Decatur the Japan Maritime Self Defense
Force's (JMSDF) 600th customer. JMSDF routinely provides fuel to U.S.
Navy and coalition ships forward deployed to the region in support of
