CAPE WRATH, Scotland (Sept. 20, 2007) -- The five-inch, 54-caliber MK 45 Mod 2 gun mount aboard guided-missile destroyer USS McFaul (DDG 74) is fired during training operations at the Cape Wrath Gunnery Range. McFaul is participating in Neptune Warrior, a course designed to improve interoperability between allied navies as well as prepare the participants for a role in a Coalition Joint Task Force during upcoming deployments.
