Central Command Area of Responsibility (Mar. 27, 2003) -- Attack submarine USS Toledo (SSN 769) conducts surface operations alongside the guided missile destroyer USS Donald Cook (DDG 75).  The submarine was among the first boats to launch Tomahawk Land Attack Missiles (TLAM) in the liberation of Iraq.  Toledo is one of the many warships in the Central Command's area of responsibility deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Operation Iraqi Freedom is the multi-national coalition effort to liberate the Iraqi people, eliminate Iraq's weapons of mass destruction, and end the regime of Saddam Hussein.  U.S. Navy photo by Chief Journalist Alan J.
