PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (Jan. 21, 2010) -- The guided-missile destroyer
USS Higgins (DDG 76) operates off the coast of Haiti refueling aircraft
used to deliver supplies to those affected by the earthquake. Higgins,
operating with the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), is
supporting humanitarian and disaster relief efforts as part of
Operation Unified Response after a 7.0 magnitude earthquake caused
