At sea aboard USS Roosevelt (DDG 80) Mar. 10, 2004 -- The Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Roosevelt (DDG 80) and a small boat participate in a simulated small boat attack exercise (SWARMEX). Roosevelt is part of the USS John F. Kennedy (CV 67) Carrier Strike Group (CSG) and is currently taking part in a Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX), which is an intermediate level training exercise, designed to forge ships in the Kennedy CSG into a cohesive fighting team.
