Astoria, Ore. (June 7, 2006) -- The guided-missile destroyer USS Preble
(DDG 88) prepares to depart the town of Astroia in Oregon and head
towards Portland as part of the Fleet of Ships during the Portland Rose
Festival. The San Diego based ship will take the lead of a parade of
ships that will include U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard and Canadian ships.
Fleet Week gives Oregon residents a chance to interact with crew
