At sea aboard USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) Dec. 6, 2002 -- Flight deck personnel practice rigging the crash barricade on the ship's flight deck.  The aircraft carrier is underway in the Atlantic Ocean for Tailored Ship Training Availability (TSTA).  TSTA has specific training events designed to incrementally enhance the ship's operating proficiency and gradually integrate the air wing with the ship.  U.S. Navy photo by Chief Photographer's Mate Eric A.
