NORFOLK, Va. (Aug. 20, 2009) -- Tugs assist with the mooring of the Los Angeles class attack submarine USS Scranton (SSN 756) as friends and family await the boat's return to Naval Station Norfolk following a regularly scheduled deployment.  Scranton sailed more than 30,000 miles while deployed to the 5th and 6th Fleet areas of operation in support of national security interests, the Global War on Terror, and maritime security operations.  U.S. Navy photo by Chief Mass Communication Specialist Marlowe Dix (Released)
