ATLANTIC OCEAN (Nov. 30, 2007)  Ghanaian Navy Commodore, Frank Daley, flag officer commanding, Western Naval Command, experiences what it is like to use a periscope during his tour of Los Angeles-class nuclear-powered submarine USS Annapolis (SSN 760). Annapolis is participating in Africa Partnership Station with amphibious dock landing ship USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43), High Speed Vessel Swift (HSV 2) and partner nations Senegal, Liberia, Ghana, Cameroon, Gabon and Sao Tome and Principe.
