San Diego, Calif., (Apr. 25, 2003) -- Sailors aboard USS Lake Chaplain
(CG 57) man the rails in tribute to USS Mobile Bay (CG 53) as she pulls
into her berth at Naval Station San Diego. Mobile Bay
successfully completed an extended deployment to conduct operations
with other United States and coalition forces supporting the Operation
Iraqi Freedom. Operation Iraqi Freedom is the multi-national
coalition effort to liberate the Iraqi people, eliminate Iraqi's
weapons of mass destruction, and end the regime of Saddam Hussein.
