PACIFIC OCEAN (July 30, 2009) -- A MK 36 super rapid blooming off board countermeasures (RBOC) chaff and decoy is launched from the guided-missile cruiser USS Lake Champlain (CG 57) during a test of the ship's anti-missile defense system.
