NORFOLK, Va. (April 14, 2007) -- Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60) is pulled away from the pier as she prepares to leave from Naval Station Norfolk for a scheduled deployment. Normandy is deploying in support of Standing NATO Maritime Group One (SNMG 1) and will participate in the UK-led exercise Neptune Warrior.
