ATLANTIC OCEAN (April 4, 2008) -- The Norfolk-based guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60) steams toward the British ship HMS Ark Royal (R-07) during a maneuvering event as part of Constant Alliance 08, a U.S.-United Kingdom exercise that builds on existing defense partnerships.
