Santa Rita, Guam (Oct. 25, 2003) -- Sailors man the rails of the USS Chancellorsville (CG 62) as the guided missile cruiser gets underway from Apra Harbor, Guam.  Chancellorsville was acting as host vessel to the People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) guided missile destroyer Shenzhen (DDG 167) and oiler Qinghai Hu (AO 885).  The People's Republic of China vessels made the Chinese Navy's first-ever port call to Guam.  U.S. Navy photo by Photographer's Mate 2nd Class Nathanael T.
