Santa Rita, Guam (Oct. 25, 2003) -- A lone Sailor stands watch on the fantail of the USS Chancellorsville (CG 62) as the guided missile cruiser prepares to get underway from Apra Harbor, Guam.  Chancellorsville was acting as host vessel to the People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) guided missile destroyer Shenzhen (DDG 167) and oiler Qinghai Hu (AO 885).  The People's Republic of China vessels were making the Chinese Navy's first-ever port call to Guam.
