INDIAN OCEAN (Feb. 12, 2001) --The guided missile cruiser USS Cowpens (CG 63) cruised through the Indian Ocean enroute to India.   The Austrailian ship HMAS Darwin (FFG 04) can be seen in the background.  While in port, the ships' crews will participate in an International Fleet Review.   USS Cowpens will also be delivering relief supplies to victims of the recent earthquake.  U.S. Navy photo by Photographer's Mate 2nd Class David C.
