Yokosuka, Japan (Mar. 16, 2004) -- The bow of guided missile cruiser USS Cowpens (CG 63) at the completion of it's Ship's Repair Force (SRF) dry dock period in Yokosuka, Japan.  Mooring lines keep the ship steady on the blocks for when the dock is flooded, and the ship is towed to its home berth.
