Stavanger, Norway (Oct. 4, 2004) -- Tug boats assist the guided missile cruiser USS HUÉ CITY (CG 66) pier side in Stavanger, Norway, after completing Exercise Northern Eagle 2004. Northern Eagle was the first-ever exercise between the U.S. Navy and Russia's Northern Fleet.
