MUARA, Brunei (Aug. 3, 2009) Sailors man the rails aboard the guided-missile frigate USS Crommelin (FFG 37) during the ship's arrival at Muara Naval Base for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei 2009.
