Naval Station Mayport Fla. (Dec. 20, 2002) -- The guided missile
frigate USS DeWert (FFG 45) arrives home after completing a six month
deployment with the USS George Washington (CVN 73) Battle Group.
DeWart conducted missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. The
battle group also participated in numerous exercises with allies in the
Mediterranean and the Atlantic Ocean and visited a number of
