NEW YORK (May 23, 2007) -- Amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1)
passes under the Verrazano Narrows Bridge into New YorkÕs harbor
during the parade of ships at the commencement of Fleet Week New York
2007. While in New York during the 20th annual Fleet Week, nearly 3,000
Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen will participate in Memorial Day
parades, volunteer with local community organizations, and experience
