The return of Essex, the flagship of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ESXARG), caps a two-month fall patrol in which she and ARG ships dock landing ship USS Harpers Ferry (LSD 49) and amphibious transport dock USS Juneau (LPD 10) increased bilateral partnerships within Southeast Asia.
