ATLANTIC OCEAN (Nov. 11, 2008) -- Hull technician Fireman Matt Tully,
assigned to the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3), repairs
the ramp leading to the well deck. Kearsarge is supporting the
Caribbean Phase of the humanitarian and civic assistance mission
Continuing Promise 2008, an equal partnership mission between the
United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Brazil, Nicaragua, Columbia,
Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana. U.S. Navy
