Persian Gulf (Dec. 13, 2006) -- Sailors assigned to the
amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4) listen to Slim to None, a
band made up of other Sailors aboard ship, during a steel beach picnic
celebrating the halfway point of their deployment. Boxer is the
flagship for the Boxer Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG) currently
operating in the Persian Gulf conducting Maritime Security Operations
