NORFOLK (May 24, 2010) -- The multi purpose amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) leaves Naval Station Norfolk for Fleet Week New York. Approximately 3,000 Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen are participating in the 23rd Fleet Week New York, which will take place May 26 through June 2.
