PORT DE PAIX, Haiti (July 24, 2010) -- The amphibious assault ship USS
Iwo Jima (LHD 7) arrives on station off the coast of Haiti to
participate in Continuing Promise 2010. The assigned medical and
engineering staff embarked aboard Iwo Jima will work with partner
nation teams to provide medical, dental, veterinary and engineering
assistance to seven different nations to improve mutual understanding
