At sea aboard USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43) Mar. 9, 2002 -- Amphibious Assault Vehicles (AAV) assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) enter USS Fort McHenry's well deck.  The AAVs, embarked from USS Juneau (LPD 10), are conducting well deck training for the Sailors and Marines of both ships during Blue-Green Workups, a semi-annual amphibious integration training period between the USS Essex (LHD 2) Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and the embarked 31st MEU.  Fort McHenry is forward deployed to Sasebo, Japan.  U.S. Navy photo by Journalist 3rd Class Wes Eplen.  (RELEASED)
