Sasebo, Japan (May 16, 2006) -- Landing Craft Air Cushion Five Seven (LCAC-57) enters the well deck aboard the dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46) for Southeast Asia Cooperation Against Terrorism (SEACAT) exercises.
