PHILIPPINE SEA (April 14, 2009) -- The amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46) deploys amphibious assault vehicles from the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (31st MEU) for a landing at Gray Beach, Philippines during Balikatan 2009.  (BK09).
