PACIFIC OCEAN (July 12, 2009) -- Dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46) prepares to receive supplies from Military Sealift Command dry cargo/ammunition ship USNS Amelia Earhart (T-AKE 6) during a vertical replenishment operation.
