SATTIHIP, Thailand (June 18, 2007) -- A member of the Royal Thai Navy looks on as the dock landing ship USS Harpers Ferry (LSD 49) arrives in port for the Thailand phase of the exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) 2007.
