PORT EVERGLADES, Fla. (May 1, 2008) -- The Coast Guard cutter USCG
Reliance (WMEC 615), the guided-missile cruiser USS Vella Gulf (CG 72),
the guided-missile destroyer USS Mitscher (DDG 57), the fast-attack
submarine USS Pittsburgh (SSN 720) and the dock landing ship USS Carter
Hall (LSD 50) are moored pier side in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., for Fleet
Week Port Everglades. During Fleet Week, more than 2,500 Sailors,
Marines and Coast Guardsmen will participate in a number of community
outreach activities as well as enjoy the hospitality and tourism South
