GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba  (March 1, 2010) -- The amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) arrives at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba for an environmental wash down on the ship's equipment which was used to support Operation Unified Response in Haiti.
