CASTRIES, St. Lucia (June 8, 2009) -- A tugboat helps turn USS Oak Hill (LSD 51), around in the bay before mooring pier side. Oak Hill is participating in Southern Partnership Station '09, a combined naval and amphibious operation with Oak Hill and maritime forces from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Uruguay.
