Central Command Area of Responsibility (Feb. 24, 2003) -- A U.S. Marine Security Group board the Joint Venture HSV-X1 ocean craft for an amphibious exercise.  The Joint Venture is an experimental vessel being tested by both the Navy and the U.S. Army for use in transporting ground troops and equipment into forward areas.   Both the Marine Security Group and the Joint Venture HSV-X1 are deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.  U.S. Navy photo by Photographer's Mate 1st Class Arlo K.
