USTKA TRAINING RANGE, Poland (June 12, 2005) -- U.S. Marines from Headquarters and Service Company, 2nd Battalion, 23rd Marines from Los Alamitos, Calif. practice amphibious landings on the Polish shores during exercise Baltic Operations 2005.  The annual exercise included more than 500 troops from 11 countries that came together to improve interoperability between allies and Partnership for Peace nations.   (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt.
