Gaeta, Italy (Jul. 18, 2002) -- A Sailor wearing a safety harness while he makes his way down a yardarm to work on an anemometer aboard the U.S. Navy's Sixth Fleet flagship, USS La Salle (AGF 3).  Anemometers are used by Aerographer's Mates (AG's) to measure wind direction and wind speed.
