PACIFIC OCEAN (June 7, 2007) -- Boat crew members attached to the
amphibious Command ship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), help a midshipman
board the utility boat in preparation for a training and
familiarization ride while Blue Ridge conducts small boat operations.
The midshipmen are spending their summer cruise aboard the Blue Ridge
to learn what it is like to live and work on a U.S. Navy ship. Blue
Ridge, the U.S. 7th Fleet command ship is permanently forward deployed
