Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa, Central Command Area of  Responsibility (Jan. 3, 2003) -- The amphibious command ship USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20) underway while the a U.S. Navy CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter patrols the area around the ship.  Mount Whitney is currrently deployed in the region conducting missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.  U.S. Navy photo by Photographer's Mate 2nd Class George Kusner.
