North Arabian Gulf (Apr. 23, 2004) -- USS Raven (MHC 61) conducts local operations in the North Arabian Gulf. The Osprey-class coastal mine hunter is currently forward deployed to Manama, Bahrain, in direct support of the Global War on Terrorism for U.S. Naval Forces Central Command/Commander Fifth Fleet area of responsibility.
