Atlantic Ocean (Mar. 23, 2005) - An MV-22 Osprey, assigned to the "Argonauts" of Marine Tiltrotor Operational Test and Evaluation Squadron Two Two (VMX-22), lands on the flight deck aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Nassau (LHA 4). Nassau worked with the Osprey tiltroters for the first time during a weeklong underway period. The Air Department aboard Nassau spent a month preparing for the evolution by sending personnel to Chambers Field, Norfolk, Va., to view the MV-22 Osprey during flight operations.
