Najaf Province, Iraq (Jan. 24, 2005) - Marines from Tank Platoon, Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 4th Marines, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable), fire their M1A1 Abrams tank main gun in the western desert of Najaf Province, Iraq, during a training exercise.  The Marine tank crewmembers train monthly to remain proficient with the M1A1 tank.
