YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 28, 2008) -- Sailors spell out "Sayonara" on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) as the ship departs Yokosuka, Japan for the final time. Sayonara is Japanese for "goodbye."  Kitty Hawk will be replaced by the nuclear-powered aircraft carier USS George Washington (CVN 73).
