(Sept. 12, 2003) -- The decommissioned USS Constellation (CV 64) is towed past Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in Point Loma, Calif., on its way to the Navy's ship graveyard in Bremerton, Wash.  It will take 14 days to tow the retired aircraft carrier to the Washington yard.  U.S. Navy photo by Photographer's Mate Airman Mark J.
